Improper packaging may result in delays, additional charges, or damage during transit.

Only send the console unless otherwise instructed.
Do not include:
- Discs (inside or outside the console)
- Controllers
- Power cords
- HDMI or other cables

We offer two shipping methods, each with different size requirements.
🚚 Option 1: Standard Courier Shipping (Recommended)
This is the most flexible and widely used option.

Your package must stay within a maximum volume of:
20,880 cm³ (36 × 29 × 20 cm)
✅ How It Works
Courier pricing is based on volumetric weight, so:
✔ You are not limited to one box shape
✔ You can adjust dimensions to fit your console
✔ As long as the total stays within 20,880 cm³
👉 Example:
If your box is taller, reduce the length or width to stay within the limit.
Volumetric formula:
(L × W × H) ÷ 5000

Locker delivery is more affordable but has fixed physical size limits.

📌 Step-by-Step Packing Guide
Step 1: Pad the Console
Use at least 3 cm of padding on all sides (including top and bottom).
Recommended:
- Packaging foam
- Bubble wrap
✅ Original packaging may be used if available
🚫 Avoid:
- Crumpled paper
- Air pillows
Step 2: Choose the Right Box
- Use a strong cardboard box
- Ensure a snug fit with padding
- The console must not move inside

Step 3: Shake Test
Gently shake the box:
